People often think they want to lose weight, when in reality what they want is to enjoy their lives more. They want to live life to the fullest. And many people believe their weight is keeping them from doing this.
Weight loss alone is not the answer. The answer is learning to live the kind of lifestyle that lets you be on the outside the person you know you are on the inside. It’s about achieving overall wellness. When this happens, weight loss usually follows.
Most people who lose weight regain it because they make temporary lifestyle changes. They have not committed to achieving overall wellness. They have not committed to living their values.
It’s not weight loss you want; it’s wellness.
